Supei Liu is one of the founding members of Nomi Network and is VP of Innovation and Expansion. She has been instrumental in the growth and development of Nomi Network’s global programs and field operations. Supei brings a wealth of experience and vision to Nomi Network’s Workforce Development and entrepreneurial initiatives as well as international program growth. With a background as a high-fashion executive, Supei shifted her focus to empowering women and girls, moving to rural Bihar in India to immerse herself in community-driven solutions. Her innovative, collaborative approach has helped position Nomi Network as a workforce development leader in the anti-human trafficking sector.  

Supei’s entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of survivors’ unique challenges have informed strategies that create meaningful, income-generating opportunities for marginalized women. Today, Supei continues to forge impactful partnerships with corporations, NGOs, and government agencies, driving sustainable solutions that advance economic empowerment for women to end cycles of exploitation.
