Teneshia has over 20 years of leadership experience and a passion for advocating for those who cannot do so for themselves. She is a true servant leader with a person-centered philosophy that motivates her, as well as her commitment to help those in need. She is a purposeful collaborator and places emphasis on transparency and trust as she works to support her teams and clients. A seasoned nonprofit professional, Teneshia has experience in project management, diversity, equity and inclusion, program development, compliance, volunteer engagement, training facilitation, and community engagement.
She is an active member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP), the National Career Development Association (NCDA), and the National Forum of Black Public Administrators (NFBPA). Teneshia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Masters of Public Administration with an emphasis in government management from Roosevelt University.
