I increased my monthly income from $60 to over $100 during the program. With a business plan in place, I reinvested in growth. My husband has since joined me as a partner, and together, we used our earnings to improve our rice paddy by adding soil, reducing the risk of flooding, and increasing our yield for sale. He is a leader in our community, so his support has made it easier for women to learn the skills I did.
