This form is for community based organizations to refer clients to Nomi Network for our Dallas Youth Workforce Development, and Houston Adult Workforce Empowerment Programs. A reminder that we can only consider program enrollment for individuals with stable housing (temporary or shelter housing is fine), who are not in a current mental health crisis. Once you submit this form, a staff member will reach out to the individual within 5 business days to discuss potential enrollment.
