Recruiting Full-time and Part-time
Seasonal Retail Associates!
About Nomi Network
Nomi Network is an international nonprofit agency fighting human trafficking in India and Cambodia. Human trafficking is a modern-day form of slavery that enslaves 46 million people worldwide. Nomi Network’s mission is to provide economic opportunities to survivors and women at risk for human trafficking by equipping them with leadership, entrepreneurship, and production skills to become financially independent.
Nomi Network provides training, job placement, and production opportunities for women in Cambodia and India to create beautiful, quality products that we then sell online, in stores, and at events. Proceeds from all sales go back to our programs to increase each woman’s financial independence and provide protection from slavery.
During the holiday season, Nomi Network operates retail booths at Union Square and Columbus Circle holiday markets in New York City. We are looking for passionate, self-motivated Sales Associates with at least 1 to 2 years of retail, food and beverage, or customer service experience. We are recruiting individuals who are goal-oriented, charismatic closers: who will engage customers, generate revenue by aggressively securing in-person sales, and work collaboratively with other sales associates, volunteers, product ambassadors, and managers. We want individuals who are passionate about our mission and our products, and who can clearly see and communicate the linkage between product sales and creating freedom for the women in our programs.
