  • Follow-up and support with navigating workplace adjustments

Corporate Partnership Opportunities

We aim to build partnerships that create pathways to employment for historically marginalized adolescent girls. Increase your workforce diversity and do actionable social good by serving these future leaders.

Connect with us if you can provide any of the following opportunities:

MENTORSHIP

Each girl in the program will have a team of mentors to walk alongside her as she looks towards the future. Mentorship involves:

  • Undergoing trauma-informed training from our staff
  • A time commitment of 12 months
  • 1-on-1 virtual or in-person meetings with your mentee
  • Joining a team of mentors

WORK EXPOSURE

Through work exposure, girls enter relevant industry sectors while gaining hands-on experience through:

  • Tours/field trips to your offices, facilities, and/or stores
  • Panels, workshops, and guest speakers
  • Short-term projects for girls to get real-world experience

INTERNSHIPS & EMPLOYMENT

Provide a summer internship, part-time work, or entry-level job at your company.

Internships and entry-level work experience are crucial ways for survivors and girls at-risk to break down barriers to safe employment. Building an inclusive workforce starts with giving these teenage girls a life-changing opportunity!

Enlist your organization to create safe employment pathways for girls at risk of trafficking.
