I am donating my birthday to raise $2000 for Nomi Network!

Hi! My name is Breana…

Breana is hosting her birthday fundraiser to bring attention to the stories of the women who have, through Nomi Network, learned skills that have empowered their own lives. One individual – whether it be in India, Cambodia – or in San Francisco – can practice compassion for themselves and others to change the world. In seeing the same humanity in each other, each of us can be of service to others and make an impact in line with our purposes.

Thank you for your support!

Breana

This year for Holi I want to bring awareness about Nomi Network. Help me raise funds to help support this amazing organization.

Hi!  My name is Neeta...

Through this Holi festival, I'd like to raise awareness and money for the work that Nomi Network has been doing to fight against human trafficking. Nomi Network focuses on empowering victims and women at risk of human trafficking through education and job training in the impoverished areas they serve.

This donation campaign is in belated celebration of Holi. The religious significance of this holiday is to celebrate good overcoming evil. In a cultural sense, Holi marks the arrival of Spring and usually involves all different types of people coming together to throw colored-powder, eat, and enjoy.

Thank you for your support!

Hi!  My name is Diana...

More than ten years ago, I met a girl Nomi who changed my life. She is a survivor of sex trafficking and because of her, I launched Nomi Network ten years ago. We have been providing training and job opportunities for survivors and women at risk of human trafficking. In a decade we have impacted nearly 8,000 women and in turn, she is ensuring that her children are in school and not married off at the age of 14 or trafficked. She is the change maker in her community.

In honor of Nomi and the women and girls we have helped this decade, I am returning to Sweden to run the Stockholm marathon. Sweden is a country that is at the forefront of combating human trafficking through its laws and policies that empower women and girls like Nomi.

Please consider making a donation as I embark on running 26.2 miles for Nomi Network.

Thank you for your friendship, love, and support!
